Can you dig it??? Your girl is one of eleven semifinalists in the most prestigious competition in jazz. Formerly known as the Thelonious Monk Competition, it has been a longstanding dream of mine to be a part of this colossal event and it’s now become a reality.

As quite possibly the first Canadian woman to participate in an instrumental category and one of few Canadians ever invited to compete, I’d so appreciate your support as I embark on the single most important event of my career.

The semifinal round is free for all attendees. Catch my set at 3:45 pm (though true to any jazz event, things will likely run late) on Saturday, October 14th. Do also check out the other extraordinary semifinalists while you’re at it. :^)
